What is Intensive In-Home?

Intensive In-Home Services  means family preservation intervention  or children  and adolescents who are at risk of serious emotional disturbance , including  individuals who also have  mental retardation .  Services are usually time limited provided typically in the residence  of  an individual who is at risk of being moved out of the home placement or who is being transitioned back  into the home.


What can our services do?

Our services assist in reducing and eliminating the social issues that trap and prevent youth from developing into responsible and productive citizens and/or community leaders. 

Our services gives :

  • Hope (future sense of self)

  • Self confidence and independence

  • Social skills

  • Problem solving

  • Self esteem

  • Achievement motivation 

IIH Services may include:

  • Crisis Treatment

  • Individual and family counseling  (life, parenting, and communication skills)

  • Case management activities

  • Emergency response

Who are eligible for IIHS? 

  • Children and adolescents who are in danger of being removed from their home and/or community.

  • Troubled youth suffering from emotional and   behavioral challenges

  • Teenagers who have trouble coping with the stresses of life
