ATIBA Youth Intervention Services provides Intensive– In-Home and Community based services as an effective method to in promote positive growth and development of youth who are at risk of being removed from their homes and/or community settings.
ATIBA Youth Intervention Services understands that children and young adults must have a positive Attitude, Time to adjust to life situations, the Initiative to do great things and, Belief in oneself, in order to Achieve personally and socially in life. ATIBA Youth Intervention Services is experienced and committed to providing a solution to at-risk youth in order to instill in them traditions of respect, cooperation, and excellence.

Here at Atiba, we practice family preservation interventions and management of behavioral disorders in youth. We would like to collaborate with other agencies and service providers to enhance progression in our cities. Our purpose is to:

•  Preserve the integrity of the family

• Prevent unnecessary out-of-home placements

• Link the child and family with the appropriate community agencies and services

• Create an ongoing community support system

• Strengthen the family's coping skills and capacity to function effectively in the home and in the community.

It is our pleasure to provide these services to the children and families of the Richmond Tri-Cities area and surrounding counties, we hope to reduce and possibly eliminate the social issues that prevent youth from developing into responsible productive community leaders and citizens.
